  • They will be mainly responsible for the promotion of rural banking.

  • Lead Generation.

IBPS SO Exam Pattern

Certain changes have been observed in the pattern of this exam after the official release of the exam notification. Following are some of the major changes:

  • The exam pattern regarding the selection of aspirants for Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale I and Law Officer is the same.
  • Exam pattern for other posts is not the same as that of Rajbhasha Adhikari Officer and the Law Officer.
  • There will be only one section for the Mains exam, i.e. Professional Knowledge.
  • There will be only three sections in the Prelims exam. In the case of Rajbhasha Adhikari and Law Officer, the sections included are: English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness, while the sections for other posts are English Language, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.
  • The marks scored in the Prelims will not be considered to get into the final selection. Combined score of the Mains exam and the Interview Process in the ratio 80:20 will be considered for the final allocation. Rest all the details is in this IBPS SO Prelims 30th Dec 2017 Exam Analysis Shift 1.
